Shipping
At this time, we only ship domestically in the U.S. Orders ship via UPS Ground, Monday – Friday. Please allow 10 business days before shipment of your custom chest. We do not offer express shipping.
Returns
Customers have 30 days from the date the order was delivered to request a return, replacement, or refund. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Due to the custom nature of our products, they cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective in workmanship, damaged in shipping, or an incorrect item shipped. To start a return, email us at contact@MyFurBaby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll receive a replacement item or be refunded on your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
